At Umang Finance, we maintain a clear, stage-wise refund policy to ensure transparency.

Refundable Cases

  1. Company Rejection During Processing – If the company rejects your file at any stage before disbursement, all amounts paid will be refunded in full.
  2. File Charge (Customer Benefit) – The full file charge is refunded to every customer after loan disbursement, without conditions.
  3. Other Refunds – Any other eligible refunds will be processed within 15–45 working days to the original payment method
  4. Non-Refundable Case
  5. Prohibited Loan Purpose – Loans for marriage, medical expenses, or illegal activities will be rejected with no refund.
  6. Documentation Failure / Misrepresentation / Consent Withdrawal – Failure to submit required documents on time, providing false details, or withdrawing consent will result in cancellation with no refunds.
  7. Applicant Cancellation / Non-Compliance – If the applicant cancels or fails to meet company conditions within the given time, the processing-related charges will be forfeited.
  8. Misconduct – Abusive language or harassment toward company staff will result in loan cancellation and loss of all deposits/charges, and may invite legal action.
